Please read all instructions and warnings before use and retain for future reference.

Instructions for use

1. Tear open protective polythene bag at the small notch and remove pad.

2. Once opened and exposed to air the pad will gently heat up in around 45 minutes and may continue to provide warmth for up to 8 hours.

3. Remove adhesive backing paper as shown on the pad and apply to the inside of clothing in the required position. Do not stick pad directly onto the skin.

4. When finished dispose of pad carefully with normal household waste.

5. Single use only - cannot be reheated.

6. Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight and direct heat sources.

Caution

For external use only.

Do not apply to injured, sensitive, broken, infected or irritated skin.

Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for infants or children.

Always consult your healthcare professional before use where there are worsening, persistent or worrying symptoms or when pregnant.

Do not use these heat pads with any other heating or cooling product or where any external preparation (e.g. creams, lotions, rubs) or medicinal product has been applied to the area of use.

Do not use in conjunction with painkillers or whilst sleeping as overheating or any other adverse reaction may go unnoticed.

Immediately discontinue use with any adverse reaction, redness, burning or discomfort to the skin.

If swallowed rinse mouth with clean water and seek medical advice. If contents of pad come into contact with skin or eyes thoroughly rinse with clean water.

Do not microwave. Do not allow pad to contact any liquids. Do not cut or tear pad.

Do not incinerate.

Warning

Use only in strict accordance with the advice on this pack and check heat pad frequently.

BURN HAZARD - Burns can be caused even at low temperatures.
