Product Description

Back Heat Pack Securely and comfortably straps in place for targeted relief. This pack can be used in the microwave for soothing warmth or in the freezer for a relieving cold compress.

CAREFULLY READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACK BEFORE USE.

How To Use

Remove any packaging and place pack in a clean and debris free domestic microwave oven.
Heat according to the following table and do not exceed heating time of 1 minute in a microwave oven up to 1000 watts.

ONLY RE-HEAT FROM ROOM TEMPERATURE

• Keep a constant watch whilst heat pack is being heated and do not leave unattended
• Carefully remove from microwave oven and shake to redistribute contents. If further heating is desired, use only short bursts of 10 seconds checking carefully and repeatedly until desired heat is reached. Carefully check that the heated pack feels comfortable against the skin. Remove immediately with any discomfort. Once heated to desired temperature for use - do not re-heat until pack has fully cooled to room temperature.
