Soft and comfy velour backing. Filled with non-toxic gel beads and water.

The Sure Thermal Gel Bead Forehead Wrap is great used as a refreshing cold compress or it can be gently heated for relaxing warmth.

The soft touch velour backing gives a choice of using one side for gentle comfort against the skin or of using the other side for a more intense feel.

Instructions for use

Adjust strap for a comfortable fit.
Whether cooled or heated use for a maximum of 20 minutes. Do not wear for prolonged periods or for times of sleep.
Not suitable for use by children. Small parts present a risk of choking injury.
For cool use place the eye mask in a fridge for up to 30 minutes. Do not freeze and do not cool to below 5°c.
For warm use microwave for 10 seconds only. If further heating is required use short bursts of 5 or 10 seconds only.
Carefully check that the heated or cooled mask feels comfortable against the skin. Remove immediately with any discomfort.
To clean HAND WASH ONLY in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
